Uncool Burgers Returns to LA, This Time with a Full Bar

Popular vegan-friendly burger joint UNCOOL is reopening in West Hollywood with a full bar program on February 21. Operated by Blurred Limes Hospitality, UNCOOL offers vegan smash burgers, tenders, fries, and cocktails in a trendy and Instagrammable setting. Executive Chef Jonathan Katz has crafted a menu with several vegan options, including the Vegan UNCOOL burger, Party in My Plants burger, and Vegan HotBurger.

The new West Hollywood location features a full alcoholic beverage menu curated by Joshua Suchan of Ice and Alchemy, offering a variety of wine, beer, seltzers, craft cocktails, and alcoholic snow cones. UNCOOL officially reopens at 7881 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, with operating hours from 11am to 2am daily. To celebrate the opening, on February 26, guests 21 and over can enjoy a $5 UN-happy meal, featuring a cocktail, vegan burger, and fries by following @we.are.uncool on Instagram.
