UNLIMEAT and JUST Egg Collaborate on ‘Rollicious’ Kimbap Delivery in South Korea

UNLIMEAT and JUST Egg have collaborated to launch 'Rollicious' Kimbap delivery service in South Korea's Gangnam and Seocho districts. UNLIMEAT, known for its plant-based products made from by-products that are typically discarded, offers a range of vegan Kimbap rolls featuring char-grilled galbi, tuna, pulled pork, and JUST Egg's plant-based egg. The menu includes Gochujang, wasabi, and Cheongyang peppers to add a spicy kick.

The collaboration between UNLIMEAT and JUST Egg began in August and has received positive feedback for its nutritional value and taste. The companies have also been featured as part of the 'Itaewon Heritage' project, showcasing cultural diversity in the commercial district. UNLIMEAT is expanding its presence in the US with the launch of its plant-based pulled pork in various natural and organic stores, with plans to introduce an English muffin sandwich next month.
