Upton’s Naturals Expands to 1,300 Publix Stores

Upton’s Naturals, a plant-based meat brand from Chicago, is set to expand its presence in the market with products now available in over 1,300 Publix stores starting January 2024. Founded by committed vegan Daniel Staackmann, the brand will offer five plant-based products in Publix stores, including Chorizo Seitan, Traditional Seitan, Updog Vegan Hot Dogs, Bar-B-Que Jackfruit, and Chili Lime Jackfruit. In addition to expanding to Publix stores, Upton’s Naturals is also growing its offerings in 400 Sprouts Farmers Market stores, with the introduction of Bacon Seitan to the lineup.
