Vegan Bodega Opens in Atlanta This Fall

LaRayia’s Bodega, a popular LA-based all-vegan bodega and neighborhood market, is set to open at Ponce City Market in Atlanta this October. Known for offering affordable organic and plant-based meals in Westlake, the bodega will be bringing its vegan food with Caribbean and Puerto Rican twists to the Atlanta food scene. The menu will feature dishes like vegan ceviche, Jamaican jerk jackfruit tacos, and their signature Black Girl Magic Lemonade.

A key aspect of LaRayia’s Bodega is its connection to the founder’s nonprofit, Lunch On Me, which provides 10,000 organic and plant-based meals per month to the unhoused community on Skid Row in LA. The nonprofit operates by repurposing food waste from LA county into nutritious meals for those in need. In Atlanta, Lunch On Me will be serving free vegan food at Woodruff Park every Friday to support the local unhoused community.
