Vegan Brand Launches ‘Figs In Blankets’ Chocolate Bar – Complete With Salty Bacon

British vegan brand H!P has released a seasonal chocolate bar called “Figs In Blankets,” which features oat milk chocolate, figs, and vegan bacon. The creation was inspired by illustrator Louise Coutinho, who won the “Raising the (Chocolate) Bar Competition” organized by Amazon and The King’s Trust. The new bar includes Coutinho’s signature smiley face design on the packaging and has been well received for its unique blend of flavors.

The competition aimed to showcase festive flavors and was judged by experts such as chef Levi Roots and H!P founder James Cadbury. The limited edition H!P chocolate bars are available exclusively on Amazon for GBP £3.50 each, with 15% of proceeds going towards The King’s Trust to support young people into education, training, and jobs. Despite initial skepticism about the combination of figs and vegan bacon flavoring, the new chocolate bar has been deemed a success after positive taste tests.
