Vegan Coffee Shop Superbloom Is Now Open at San Diego’s Mission Bay Beach Club

Superbloom, a vegan coffee shop, has opened at San Diego's Mission Bay Beach Club, offering customers a bayside view while enjoying their hot and cold beverages, pastries, savory entrees, and ice cream sandwiches. The Mission Bay Beach Club, originally built in 1969 as a communal gathering space, has been modernized this year to include the vegan coffee shop, Superbloom, along with a bike rental shop, beach boutique, and upcoming wood-fired pizzeria and wine bar, Picnic.

Superbloom features vegan coffee, cold-pressed juice, savory dishes, pastries, and desserts, all made with local ingredients. The cafe offers a variety of coffee beverages made with beans from local roaster Mostra, flavored syrups, and oat milk. With a range of vegan scones, croissants, oat milk ice cream sandwiches, salads, bowls, and other savory entrees, Superbloom is the go-to spot for vegan coffee and meals in San Diego. Located at 2688 E Mission Bay Drive, the cafe is open from 7am-4pm daily, except Tuesdays.
