Vegan Empanada Shop Opens Two More Chicago Locations

Fons, a vegan empanada shop in Chicago, is expanding with two new locations set to open this spring. The first new location, in collaboration with Deep Purpl, a Chicago-based acai bar, opened on April 8 in The Loop. Customers can enjoy vegan empanadas alongside acai bowls and smoothies. The second new location in the West Loop is set to open in early May, offering a cafe experience with free wifi, more seating, and an expanded menu that includes vegan bowls and breakfast empanadas.
