Vegan Fine-Dining Restaurant to Open in Fort Worth, Texas Next Month

Maiden: Fine Plants & Spirits is set to open on June 1 in Fort Worth, Texas, offering North Texas' first exclusively vegan, tasting menu-only dining experience. Founded by Amy McNutt and James Johnston, the visionaries behind Spiral Diner & Bakery, Maiden will feature an 8-course plant-based tasting menu priced at $150 per person. Each dish has been meticulously crafted and is seasonally inspired, showcasing the endless possibilities of vegan ingredients. The restaurant's 2,100-square-foot space boasts a moody interior with dark wood paneling and plush blue velvet booths, creating an intimate atmosphere for diners to savor every moment.

In addition to the tasting menu, Maiden will offer three drink pairing options, including curated wine pairings, mixed-drink pairings, and zero-proof options. For those looking for a more relaxed experience, the bar and outdoor lounge are available for first come, first served seating, where a vegan cheese board can be enjoyed alongside drinks. Starting in June, Maiden will also host "Teatime at Maiden" every Saturday from 11am to 2pm, offering a delightful tea service for guests.
