Target is debuting a Vegan Peanut Butter Cup S'mores Kit featuring dark chocolate peanut butter cups, graham crackers, and vegan marshmallows. Liquid Death is launching new vegan drinks inspired by favorite snacks, while a new plant-based sushi counter, Wellness Counter, is opening in Boulder, CO.
