Animal Mirror-Liberia (AML) is a grassroots vegan organization in Monrovia, Liberia, focused on promoting plant-based living and animal protection. The organization has made significant progress in initiatives such as veganic gardening, vegan oil production, educational outreach, and advocating for stricter animal protection laws. In the first quarter of 2025, AML completed its first veganic backyard garden, initiated a vegan oil production campaign using locally sourced palm seeds, and engaged in capacity building through webinars and online courses.

AML's efforts have been well-received by the community, with residents commending the organization for its initiatives and requesting further expansion. The organization has also conducted advocacy through social media campaigns, sharing images of plant-based dishes and veganic gardens, as well as monitoring activities to document animal welfare issues in Liberia, particularly the rise in the slaughter and sale of dogs for meat. AML's Executive Director emphasized the importance of these initiatives in promoting plant-based campaigns and vegan farming methods, highlighting the activities carried out from January to April 2025.
