The Madrid-based premium liqueur brand, Licor 43, has launched a vegan horchata cream liqueur in the US market. The new Licor 43 Horchata is a dairy-free and vegan version of the original Licor 43 Horchata. The brand extension into the US market marks the first one since Licor 43 original, which is the best-selling Spanish liqueur in the world.

The vegan horchata liqueur is made with Mediterranean flavors such as tiger nut, cinnamon spice, and lemon. It can be enjoyed in cocktails or poured over ice. The move to offer a dairy-free and vegan option in the cream liqueur category reflects the growing consumer interest in such products. It is hoped that Licor 43 Horchata will be the first of many more dairy-free cream-based liqueurs from the brand.
