Vegan Mexican Restaurant to Open in Oak Lawn, IL This March

Oak Lawn will soon be home to its first all-vegan cafe, Abuelita Coco's, set to open its doors on March 5, 2025. Founded by Casandra Flores, inspired by her grandmother's love and traditions, the cafe aims to bring a sense of warmth, tradition, and intention to every dish served.
