Vegan Paradise Fest Arrives in Puerto Rico for the First Time 

The first "Vegan Paradise Fest" in Puerto Rico will take place on February 9, 2025, at the Puerto Rico Convention Center in San Juan. This event will showcase a variety of vegan dishes and products, as well as provide information on sustainable practices and the positive impact of veganism on animals, health, and the environment. The festival will feature experts in plant-based eating, including influencer Natalia Bercero, plant-based product developer Christopher Suárez, and chef Jessica Colón.

Chef Loumiry Sánchez, known for representing Puerto Rico on the Food Network, will lead the Vegan Paradise Academy, offering workshops on veganism and sustainability. Other workshop leaders include Poliniza Rey Soto, Richard Pascual, and Dr. Joanna Fray. Tickets for the event can be purchased with an early-bird discount until the day of the festival through the Vegan Paradise Fest website. The event aims to provide a space for the public to learn, enjoy plant-based food, and explore sustainable practices, regardless of whether they are vegan or not.
