Vegan restaurant chain By Chloe is undergoing a rebranding effort, changing its name to Beatnic. The restaurant, originally founded in 2015 by celebrity vegan chef Chloe Coscarelli, faced a tumultuous history of lawsuits and bankruptcy. After being sold to a group of investors, the decision was made to rebrand the chain to Beatnic within six months.

The new investors, including Qoot International UK and Bain Capital Double Impact Fund, are taking over the chain and assuming its debts. The rebranding efforts will include a new name, logo, slogan, packaging, and menu items, with a focus on delivering a bold and delicious vegan experience. The new restaurant, Beatnic, is set to be fully rebranded by September, featuring a mix of familiar favorites and new dishes like a Toasted S’mores Bar.
