Vegan Restaurant Sage Closes Culver City Location After 10 Years

After 10 years of service, Los Angeles-based Sage Plant Based Bistro & Brewery will be closing its Culver City location on March 19. The flagship site of the vegan favorite will transition to a grab-and-go concept due to rising costs, government restrictions, and a lease end. Customers can still enjoy their plant-based offerings such as pizzas, soups, tacos, and salads through a pickup and to-go model.

Sage is known for supporting local organic farms and regenerative agriculture, offering an all-vegan menu that is often nut-free, soy-free, and gluten-free.
