Vegan Restaurant Tacotarian Expands to California

Popular Las Vegas-based vegan restaurant, Tacotarian, is expanding to California with its first location in San Diego set to open later this year. The new spot will be situated at 4332 30th St and will feature the iconic black and white Tacotarian bar, hanging plants, and teal and light wood accents. The restaurant will also have a full bar, specialty cocktails, and is expected to open this summer.

In addition to the San Diego location, Tacotarian is opening its fourth Las Vegas outpost on Blue Diamond Road in May. Tacotarian is known for offering a variety of vegan Mexican dishes such as tacos, burritos, nachos, salads, soups, and desserts. With 16 different taco options, including seitan carne asada, fried avocado, and hibiscus meat, there is something on the menu for everyone. The restaurant also offers brunch service on weekends with dishes like fried chicken & waffles, chilaquiles, and breakfast burritos.
