Vegan Restaurant Unity Diner To Return

Vegan restaurant Unity Diner, founded by activist Earthling Ed, is set to reopen just two months after closing its doors in February. The restaurant cited rising costs as the reason for the closure, but has since been able to secure investment and negotiate with its landlords to relaunch with a fresh energy and new menu.

The menu will feature traditional favorites like Tofish and Chips and Mac and Cheese, as well as new options such as a vegan carvery on Sundays. Unity Diner has a strong ethos of providing great vegan food, spreading awareness for animals, and raising funds for Surge Sanctuary. The restaurant received overwhelming support from the vegan community following its closure, and is counting on continued support to keep the space thriving for both vegans and the sanctuary.
