German family-owned food manufacturer Rügenwalder Mühle initially removed its meat-based ham salami from its product range to make more room for its vegan and vegetarian offerings. However, after successfully increasing its production capacity over the past 18 months, the family-run business has decided to bring back the classic meat-based Schinken Spicker alongside its plant-based products.
