Vinker Foods, a plant-based food company from Vancouver, Canada, is launching its Korean Crispy Chick’n in the US for the first time. The company's initial US market entry will take place at Pop Up Grocer in Manhattan, followed by a larger launch at the Summer Fancy Food Show in June to connect with potential retail and distribution partners for nationwide expansion.
