WHEATY to Present New Seitan-Based Meat Alternatives at BIOFACH

TOPAS GmbH, the pioneering company for organic vegan meat alternatives in Germany, will be presenting new products under its flagship brand WHEATY at the BIOFACH 2024 trade fair in Nuremberg. The new products, including the Vegan Feuerwurst and Bresaola cold cut, are made from seitan and cater to the ongoing demand in the grilling, cold cuts, and protein snack segments. These products are produced without any artificial flavors, fillers, or questionable additives, in accordance with EU organic guidelines.

The WHEATY Snacker line is also expanding with the addition of the Weenie Snacker, which is high in easily digestible plant proteins and ideal for active individuals and athletes. These new products will be available for order through organic wholesalers starting in March 2024.
