NFL star Deatrich Wise Jr. is a big fan of vegan food, particularly Chick’n & Waffles at Veggie Galaxy in Boston. He loves the entire menu and even bought a 10 percent stake in the restaurant last year. Despite now being based in Washington, DC, Wise Jr. still considers Veggie Galaxy his go-to spot for delicious plant-based meals.

To celebrate Wise Jr.'s return to Boston with The Commanders, Veggie Galaxy launched a new breakfast burrito named after him—the Wise 91. The burrito is packed with Just Egg, veggies, vegan cheese, and vegan sausage. Wise Jr. also shared his top three vegan restaurant picks outside of Boston, which include Vegan Food House in Dallas, Eleven Madison Park in New York, and Planta with multiple locations.
