Filmmakers Kip Andersen and Kameron Waters are set to release their investigative documentary film Christspiracy, which explores the intersection of spirituality, ethics, and animal exploitation. The film, which follows their five-year journey interviewing experts and delving into religious teachings, aims to revolutionize viewers' perspectives on faith and our relationship with animals. Despite originally planning to work with Netflix, the filmmakers decided to retain creative control and release Christspiracy independently after facing potential redactions from the streaming platform.

Backed by a successful Kickstarter campaign, Christspiracy is set to be available in theaters and on streaming platforms internationally in 2024. Andersen and Waters feel that taking this independent route will allow their message to reach a broader audience around the world, challenging viewers to think more deeply about the ethical implications of industrial animal exploitation and our spiritual connection to the natural world.
