Come out for a free community wellness day at our vegan microsanctuary on Saturday, July 26th We'll be opening up the sanctuary for an evening of movement, community, and spending time with our rescued chicken and duck family. **Vegan snacks provided** Schedule: 6 pm: Microsanctuary tour 6:30 pm: Community wellness session with @thepeoplesmedic to learn pain-relieving stretches (much love to vegan nurse and co-founder @thatstomi for leading this) 7-8 pm: Gentle yoga with vegan led instruction by the amazing @peacewithpolly Space is limited to 10 folx for yoga Located near Charleston & Eastern (address provided after RSVP).
