The company's investment in its Midlothian facility includes sustainable features such as water reuse equipment and energy-efficient systems. With this expansion, SunOpta aims to match the momentum of the plant-based dairy market and continue meeting consumer demand through 2028, as shown by its recent revenue growth and strategic investments in production facilities.
